Profession: Watt bike instructor, Rpm Instructor, Personal Trainer, Triathlon Coach, Swim Coach, Gym Instructor, Pro Triathlete.
Industry Qualifications: ACE Certified Personal Trainer. BTF Triathlon Coach. RPM Certified. Aerobiking Certified. REPS Level 3 Advanced Instructor.
About Me: I've been in the Fitness industry for over 10 years now and have a real passion for it. The passion to pass my knowledge on come's from enjoying sport myself so much. I started out as a swimmer then went onto running and from there the natural progression was to do Triathlons. I started off doing the short stuff and achived great succsess, one of my best results was a Bronze medal at the 1999 National Elite Sprint Champs and a few top 10's at the National Elite Olympic Disatance Champs. From there I went into Time Trailling and raced for, and still do, Lutterworth Cycle Centre Race Team. The last few years have been dedicated to Triathlons again, but this time the long stuff, Ironmans and Half Ironmans! This has resulted in two Bronze medals in 2008 and 2009 at the British Middle Distance Champs. A serious accident at the end of 2009 has halted my progress but I'm well on the mend now and looking forward to future Ironmans.

About Me:
Russell was a national standard gymnast training and competing in Hong Kong, China, Israel and several African and European countries. He eventually outgrew the apparatus and discovered cycling where the fitness gained from many years of gymnastics served him well. His speciality on the track was sprinting [solo and tandem] and the kilo where he competed nationally. He also raced on the road, again on tandem and solo, where he won many events throughout the country. His love of cycling eventually leading to him setting up his own business at Lutterworth Cycle Centre. The Bike Studio is his latest venture where he hopes to be able to pass on some of the knowledge that he has gained over the years.
