MONDAY TOUR RACES with KEVIN
6.30pm - 8.00pm
TOUR DE BRITAIN 2012, 9 STAGES
This 9 week race programme is designed for the more competitive individual that would like to measure their performance against that of like minded others and will include flat stages, time trials and medium to high mountain stages.
 
There will be prizes for stage winners and the overall winner measured in time and average watts per kg, however be careful not to incur time penalties for race infringements and poor pedal technique.
 
TUESDAY BIKE AND RUN with CLAIRE
7.00pm - 8.30pm
This 90 minute class is designed for those individuals that would like to improve their combined bike and run skills.
With 45 minutes dedicated to each discipline this class will appeal to duathletes, tri-athletes and fitness athletes alike.
 
Alternatively you may wish to take part in just one of the disciplines.
 
WEDNESDAY BIKE with CRAIG
5.30pm - 7.00pm AND 7.30pm - 9.00pm
These 90 minute endurance classes are designed for those individuals that would like to improve their cardiovascular fitness, pedal technique and cadence.
 
FRIDAY BEGINNERS / INTERMEDIATE PROGRAMME with KEVIN 
6.30pm - 7.30pm
TOUR DE BRITAIN 2012, 9 STAGES
This 9 week fun programme is designed for beginners and intermediate individuals that wish to improve their general fitness lose weight and tone up their bodies at the same time.
 
SATURDAY BIKE with KEVIN
9.00am - 10.30am
 
This 90 minute force class is designed for those individuals that want to improve their ability to cycle up hills and against a strong head wind. The session will be focused on the training element of force and will include big gears and low cadence.
 
Welcome to the Bike Studio, a brand new facility ideally situated above Lutterworth Cycle Centre, an established bike shop in the heart of Lutterworth town centre.
 
The BikeStudio is Leicestershire's first and only cycle training facility that understands and incorporates within its classes the "real" principles of the road, an indoor cycling experience using state of the art Watt Bikes.

If you seek an effective training system to work on your general fitness, or something more specific for endurance, power or speed, the Bike Studio offers a timetable of structured supervised training classes with qualified instructors to help you achieve your goals.

Prefer to work out alone, or at your own pace? The BikeStudio also offers 1 hour long open access sessions (unsupervised) throughout the day where you can simply turn up and ride at your own pace and to your own regime, either using one of the Watt Bike's many built in training programs or you can just go with the flow.
